What Is Vision Sunday?
Vision Sunday October 19th, 2025 is a meaningful day at Journey Church where we gather to celebrate God's unwavering faithfulness. Together, we’ll reflect on all that He has done over the past year—through your obedience, generosity, and commitment. We’ll also share exciting updates on ongoing projects and cast vision for where we believe God is leading us next. As we look to the future, one thing is clear: God is calling us forward, and the best is yet to come.
Why It Matters?
1. Celebrate What God Has Done
Vision Sunday isn’t just about plans—it’s about praise. It's a time to remember and rejoice in how God has moved in and through Journey Church this past year. When we celebrate together, our faith grows stronger.
2. Be Part of the Story
Every win, every life changed, every breakthrough—you’re a part of that. Vision Sunday helps you see how your giving, serving, and praying are making an eternal difference.
3. Get Inspired for What’s Next
God is not finished. Vision Sunday will give you a front-row seat to what He’s calling Journey Church to do next—and how you can be a part of it. It’s more than a vision; it’s a shared mission.
4. Build Unity and Expectation
When the church comes together around a clear vision, there’s power in that unity. Vision Sunday aligns hearts and stirs hope for the future.
5. Take Your Next Step
Whether you’re new to the church or a long-time member, Vision Sunday is a great moment to ask, “What’s my next step?” You’ll leave encouraged, challenged, and equipped to move forward in faith.
How You Can Participate?
Pray – Ask God how He’s calling you to give.
Prepare – Decide in faith what step of generosity you will take.
Participate – Bring your Vision Offering in person
on November 9th, 2025.
What is a Vision Offering?
Vision Offering Sunday is our annual day of generosity. On this day, we give a special offering above and beyond our regular giving — not out of obligation, but out of faith and expectation. Every gift directly fuels the vision God has given Journey Church for 2026:
- Kingdom – Resources to raise up the next generation to know and follow Him
- Missions – Expanding our impact through missions and outreach
- Building – Inviting our community to a place where they can encounter the love of Jesus
"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."
